    多运动,多健康

     
     
    年初的时候,突然的腰疼,身体已经发出了一次预警。
    医生说久坐、坐姿不良的毛病……
    3分治,7分养,半年一直说要多锻炼,一直都是嘴巴说,办了张瑜伽卡,去了两次,就撩下了。
    警钟再次响起,这次轮到肩了,早上起来,疼得自己都不能坐起来。脖子除了往上抬稍好,其它方向都是痛……
    现在好了许多,仍然觉得脖子一侧的那根经时不时扯着痛。
    想着年纪不大,都快成老骨头,还是有点后怕。
    吸取教训,好了以后,一定多多锻炼了。
    不翘二郎腿、多游泳、多运动……
    身体是自己的,珍惜再珍惜

    我也腰疼,这半年好多了……要点是上班时每个小时要站起来活动活动,能站就不要多坐。然后床要睡硬的,软床伤腰。
